Please FiX

Has it been 3 yrs of just UPDATES & NO IMPROVEMENTS? FiX iT !!! FiX iT !!! FiX iT !!! Update or Not it still crashes & AGAIN I LOST ALL THE MESSAGES & CONTACTS. I have to start all over again.
Everything gets deleted on every update.
