I couldnt update from my previous account to the new one. Linking to celphone numbers doesnt work. It wont accept the valid number.

Updated to V6. not sending code. not updating account. it was working well with old version

my God does not work anymore when the update was done let so bad…from canada user..umpp back to the same...

Please do something about it or bring back the v5. It is way better than this version.

I dont want to update my iphone to a new IOS software just to use the app! Pls. bring back the old version.

Not work to the correct # and if connect to the Fb or any of links u give always log and my massages is lost. poor quality/service much better the old one

GARBAGE!!! Let us use the old version or we will not use Chikka anymore. There should be a choice. You guys need to test it first a billion times to make sure it works PERFECTLY fine! Whoever created this new version is NOT smart at all!!! Doesnt deserve any star at all but I have to tap a star to send this review!

Cant send texts anymore unlike the previous version! Used to help me stay connected to loved ones, pls fix this ASAP!

Cant sign in I down load it then it requests verification code then freezes

This version is not good. Old version was better. Full of bugs

It was fine until today March 22. Now I cannot use it anymore. I lost all my messages and my contacts and now it crashes all the time. WHAT HAPPEN?

When I updated to the new version, my contacts and messages are gone. Plus! It crashes everytime I open it for about 8 seconds. Everytime! I hope they fix it ASAP

It was working perfectly until they released an update. Now it just crashes every time I open the app. Needs a new update.

At first its good and very useful but now, it is always crashing and unable to use
